Angela Gao is a Partner of Shanghai Huiye Law Firm. She is also
a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Committee, and a
member of INTA(International Trademark Association).
 
Before joining this firm, Ms. Gao worked in the multinational
company Bayer Greater China for many years handling corporate
and IP related matters. Later on, Ms. Gao joined Huiye and
practiced as an attorney at law specialized in IP.
Ms. Gao mainly focuses on trademark prosecution, IP
enforcement, IP civil and administrative litigation, and also
copyright and domain name matters. Ms. Gao is highly capable in
the following fields:
 Formulating and executing IP portfolio management strategy
and comprehensive strategy on IP-related registration and
enforcement;
 Well-known trademark recognition planning and
implementing through either administrative or judicial
approach;
Angela Gao is also a Registered Foreign Law in Hongkong and
specializes in cross-border disputes resolution at HKIAC.
Angela Gao graduated from Washington University in St. Louis
with LLM degree. She works in English.
