Cedar Boschan brings 24 years of accounting expertise and over three decades in entertainment and intellectual property. In 2015, she founded Boschan Corp., a boutique forensic accounting firm, while serving as treasurer and CFO for organizations such as the Association of Independent Music Publishers and developing curriculum and teaching music royalty accounting and applied economics at the Los Angeles College of Music. An experienced expert witness, Ms. Boschan has testified in litigation involving Disney, NBC Universal, SONY, Microsoft, and more. Her prior roles include principal of forensic accounting at Green Hasson Janks, LLP, partner at Hurewitz, Boschan & Co. LLP, and manager at Miller, Kaplan & Arase. A USC graduate with a B.S. in Music Industry, she has been a featured speaker for the Beverly Hills Bar Association, SXSW, Stanford Law School, and the Game Developers Conference, and has been quoted by The Wall Street Journal, Rolling Stone, and NPR’s Marketplace.
