He also covers medical technology and pharmacology. Dr. Harguth has extensive experience in prosecuting and coordinating complex patent proceedings before infringement courts, the BPatG, and the EPO. His practice areas include licensing law, employee invention law disputes, design law, unfair competition law, and trade secret protection.
