He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honors from King Saud University, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law with a specialization in E-Commerce from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. During his postgraduate studies, he developed in-depth expertise in cross-border commercial transactions, international contracts, regulatory frameworks, and digital commerce. He further enhanced his legal qualifications by completing the Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) at The University of Law, United Kingdom, which strengthened his practical legal skills, analytical capabilities, and structured approach to legal research, drafting, and advocacy.
Faris Al-Fallaj is a Licensed Lawyer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, authorized by the Ministry of Justice, and a Licensed Intellectual Property Agent accredited by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP). His practice focuses on providing legal advisory services, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, managing legal and regulatory risks, and representing clients in commercial, civil, and intellectual property matters. He has extensive experience advising both individuals and corporate entities, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and safeguarding clients’ legal and commercial interests.
He currently serves as the General Manager and Partner at Abdullah Al-Fallaj Law Firm, where he oversees legal operations, leads strategic case management, and contributes to the development and expansion of the firm’s legal services. In this role, he works closely with clients to deliver tailored legal strategies aligned with their business objectives, while upholding the highest professional standards and ensuring effective, results-driven representation.
