Investment Adviser Firm Sues Over Fraud Protection Patent

FinTegrity LLC, an investment adviser firm, has filed a lawsuit in Texas federal court against Deutsche Bank and a Czech cybersecurity company. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants are infringing on a patent related to fraud protection technology.

The lawsuit, filed by FinTegrity LLC, claims that Deutsche Bank and the Czech cybersecurity company have violated the patent that covers technology for protecting against fraud. The case has been brought before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
