Mark is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with 28 years’ experience in the IP field. He advises local and international clients in relation to the clearance, registration and enforcement of trade marks, industrial designs and copyright in the UAE and wider Middle East.
He is an active member of the MARQUES and INTA IP organisations, having served on the INTA Global Advisory Council for the Middle East, and is currently on the board of the Dubai Chamber Group for Intellectual Property. Mark is currently ranked an IP Star by Managing IP and is ranked in the Gold Tier of the World Trade Mark Review’s WTR1000 for the UAE. He is also listed as a Global Trademark Leader by WTR and won IP Lawyer of the Year at the Legal 500 Middle East and North Africa Awards 2025.
