Mohammad Bilal is a distinguished member of The International Council of Jurists who is actively involved in litigation before different courts of law, including IPR tribunals in several regions of the world. After completing his LL.M. from University of Warwick, he has pursued litigation for over a decade and has periodically been a guest speaker and lecturer in different universities in India. Bilal has also presented award-winning papers in several International Conferences and has published different research articles in reputed journals, especially those involving intermittent and involute interplay of mercantile and human rights issues in Asian continent (Youth for Human Rights International- International Conference on Human Rights and Gender Justice; The South Asian Journal of Law and Human Rights (ISSN- 2518-6159), National Conference on Post Colonialism Indian Response and Transformation (ISBN- 978-93-83823-84-1). He has also been invited as a guest speaker on 2 national news channels and a local radio station and also has in his name several published and cited judgments in India.
Bilal, in the year 2019, mustered a team of highly skilled, knowledgeable young, dynamic and vigorous individuals to create the law firm- ‘Blue Inkk’. Despite the firm being relatively young, it has garnered a client base of over 40 thousand all across the world and which includes well-known companies like ‘Air Arabia’, ‘Micromax’, ‘Faces Canada’, ‘Wakefit’ and ‘Haldiram’ and reputed international celebrities including ‘Mr. Ajay Devgn’ and ‘Mr. Premanand Maharaj Ji’ (Premanand Govind Sharan).
