Freelance IP Professional | Admin4IP and Zaretsky Group | Israel
Sharon Rosen has been working in IP for over three decades. She was working as a trademark and design paralegal in her native Switzerland for three years, before emigrating to Israel in 1994, which is when she started working in patents as well. Shortly after Israel joined the PCT Convention in 1996, she was put in charge of the PCT and Foreign Filing Department of one of the largest IP firms in Israel. During those years she has also led various PCT-related pilot programs, together with the RO/IL and with the IB, such as the now extinct PCT Easy and PCT SAFE, and, ultimately, ePCT. She is a regular member of various test groups in these matters. She is also a member of AIPPI’s Standing Committee on PCT.
In 2018 she decided to become an independent provider of a variety of IP services for several solo practitioners and law firms, as well working as IP Paralegal (patents/trademarks) in-house for several companies, both large companies and start-ups.
