Saloni Tuteja is a seasoned healthcare lawyer. She is currently the Legal and Compliance Head for the Middle East region at Servier, a French healthcare company. Her previous experience includes working as a regional legal and compliance counsel for the same region for an American pharmaceutical MNC as well as being legal director at Zimmer Biomet where she contributed to establishing the legal and compliance program for South Asia. She has had substantial exposure in both the Middle East and APAC region and brings with her 17 years of experience. Saloni started her career in private practice where she represented a variety of industries concerning commercial, competition, anti-corruption, and dispute resolution matters. Saloni attained her legal education from India and holds a masters from UC Berkeley, USA. She is certified in Asia Pacific Healthcare Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law, USA. She is currently pursuing masters in anti-corruption and diplomacy jointly offered by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the International Anti-Corruption Academy. She has many publications to her credit. On a personal note, Saloni is passionate about vintage cars, watches, and architecture. She is currently based in Dubai.
