Cognizant TriZetto Software Group has requested a Texas federal judge to permit an amendment to its trade secret lawsuit against Infosys Ltd. The company claims that recent discoveries have unveiled deeper misconduct by Infosys.

The motion filed by TriZetto aims to broaden the scope of its intellectual property claims against Infosys, alleging that the latter’s actions extend beyond what was initially known.

The legal battle between TriZetto and Infosys is unfolding in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Law firms involved in the case include Gibson Dunn and Jenner & Block, representing the respective parties.
