The settlement was reached between the Israeli company and the Chinese manufacturer, avoiding a potentially lengthy and costly legal battle in court.

- 8,981,598 – Energy efficient inductive power transmission system and method
- 9,006,937 – System and method for enabling ongoing inductive power transmission
- 9,083,204 – Transmission-guard system and method for an inductive power supply
The legal teams involved in the case included law firms such as Fish & Richardson, Mayer Brown, Patton Tidwell, and Wilson Robertson & VanDeventer. The case was set to be heard in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
