Mr. Xun Yang is a partner at Llinks Law Offices in Shanghai, specializing in
technology law. He graduated from Fudan University with a Bachelor's degree in
Law and a Master's degree in Jurisprudence, and later obtained an LLM degree from
Columbia University in the US. He has over ten years of experience working at
