Law (University of Tehran) and International Business Law (University of Fribourg, Switzerland). She has
extensive experience in cross-border IP enforcement, sanctions compliance, and regulatory strategy,
having advised clients in the energy, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. Her work focuses on
navigating the intersection of intellectual property, trade sanctions, and data protection, particularly in
high-risk jurisdictions. At IIPLA Dubai 2026, she will share insights as a panelist on global IP enforcement
