DR. BARIS GUNAYDIN

Baris GUNAYDIN is graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty. He finished his Ph.D. thesis deals with Freedom of Expression and Internet in 2009 Anadolu University. He was an academic visitor at Oxford University Socio-Legal Studies Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy(PCMLP). He is a partner of YILDIRIM LAW FIRM and BoD member of the BRANDGUARD company in Turkey. He is working on Trademark and Copyright Law.He is a member of IMLA, INTA.
