What is included in my booth package?
All booth packages include your booth space, basic setup, event listing, exhibitor passes, and WiFi access. Premium packages include additional branding, speaking slots, and lead capture tools. See individual packages for full details.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes, you can upgrade your booth or sponsorship package at any time before the event, subject to availability. Contact our team to discuss upgrade options and pricing differences.
What are the booth setup and breakdown times?
Booth setup typically begins the day before the event. Breakdown must be completed within 4 hours of the event closing. Detailed logistics and schedules will be provided after booking confirmation.
Do you build the booth for us?
Standard booth packages include shell scheme setup with basic furniture. For custom builds, we work with preferred contractors who can create bespoke designs. Premium package holders receive complimentary enhanced setup.
How do I become a sponsor instead of an exhibitor?
Sponsorship packages include everything in an exhibitor booth package plus additional branding, marketing, and speaking benefits. Visit the sponsorship section below or contact our partnerships team directly.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 30-60 days receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days, bookings are non-refundable but transferable.
