Simon Ngu

Simon is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Cameroon and a member  of the Cameroonian Bar Association since 1994. He IS principally engaged in the general practice of Cameroon Law and African Business Law. He provides legal advice on Business law in all the Member States of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa, namely Cameroon, Benin, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Comores, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Chad and Togo and the Republic of Guinea.

Simon is also an OAPI  accredited Trademark and Patent Attorney with many years experience. Simon provides intellectual property services such as trademark registration, trademark renewal, entry of PCT National / Regional Phase application and a range of other intellectual property law services in most African States notably Member States of the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI), namely Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, Congo, Comores, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Chad and Togo and the Republic of Guinea.

Simon also advises on all legal issues relating the regional legistlation of  The Central African Economic and Monetary Union ( CEMAC / COBAC ) covering Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Equatorial-Guinea and Gabon.
