Dr. Peter Ruess LL.M. is one of the founding Partners of ARNOLD RUESS, an IP only firm in Duesseldorf, Germany. From 2010 to 2023, he has also been a full Professor of law with International School of Management in Dortmund, Germany, where he continues to teach trademark law. Peter specialises in intellectual property law and, in particular, trademark and unfair competiton law. Peter is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Diakonie Düsseldorf. Aside from these jobs, a family with two kids keeps him happy and occupied.
