Elizabeth Holland, a senior partner in Goodwin’s IP Litigation group and member of its Partnership Committee, is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses exclusively on patent infringement and related litigation. With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Holland has served as lead trial counsel in numerous patent infringement litigations, licensing disputes, arbitrations and IPR proceedings. Ms. Holland has also argued several Federal Circuit appeals. She has particular expertise in Hatch-Waxman litigation on behalf of both branded and generic drug companies, and in biosimilars litigation.
