The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has decided to close its facilities to all “towards the health and safety of the people and USPTO employees.”

As said, from (16 March 2020), all USPTO offices will remain closed until further notice.

“Unless otherwise notified, USPTO will keep its operation moving without any interruption.”

Further, USPTO said patents and trademark application deadlines would not be going to be extended, as informed earlier.

IIPLA Virtual Conference 2020

Azam Ghani, CEO of IIPLA, also informed us that this is the time when we have to change the way we are doing the conference. IIPLA is going to organize all the meetings virtually, which will help members to join the discussion remotely and keep them safe from this pandemic virus.

As WHO informed that is will take around 12-18 months to recover entirely, so it better to switch to new ideas and technology to make the world running.
