Ilja Bedner is the VP of Licensing at the License-On-Transfer (LOT) Network, the solutions for Patent-Assertion-Entities (aka patent trolls). Ilja comes to the LOT Network with 15+ years of experience in the intellectual property industry. Ilja was previously at Technicolor, Intellectual Ventures, and Hewlett-Packard. At Technicolor, Ilja was a VP of licensing where he built licensing programs and engaged in patent licensing discussions. At Intellectual Ventures, Ilja was the Managing Director of Strategic Investors Relations where he focused entirely on the needs of strategic investors, licensees, and customers. At Hewlett-Packard, Ilja was a CTO and founding member of HP’s IP Licensing department.
Ilja earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
