Justin Krieger is a partner in Kilpatrick Townsend’s Denver and Washington, D.C. offices and has more than 20 years of experience handling intellectual property matters. Justin is a registered patent attorney who focuses on AIA Trials (inter partes review (IPR) and post-grant review (PGR)), district court litigation, and patent prosecution, and client counseling.
He has an outstanding record as lead counsel in IPR and PGR proceedings and frequently speaks on practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). He focuses his practice on the chemical, energy, medical device, metallurgy, nanotechnology, mechanical engineering, and consumer products industries.
Justin is an active member of the PTAB Committees for the Federal Circuit Bar Association and Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) and of the Committee on Patents and Related Matters for the American Chemical Society. He is also an active member of the Trials Committee of the PTAB Bar Association.
