Kim Schenk

Ms. Schenk has worked on intellectual property litigation in a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and biological products. Her experience has included the determination of lost profits and reasonable royalty damages, along with the preparation of expert testimony for both deposition and trial. Additionally, Ms. Schenk has extensive experience in assisting clients with generating and organizing evidence in all phases of the litigation process and has assisted clients in the negotiation of license agreements in a variety of contexts.

In addition to her experience in intellectual property matters, Ms. Schenk has performed damages assessments for a variety of other types of business disputes, including breach of contract litigation and false marketing. She has also been involved in valuations of privately held businesses, patents and patent portfolios, trademarks, non-competition agreements, and other intangible assets.

Ms. Schenk is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois, and she is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
