Czech PTO requires Czech translation of complete European Patent specification. The translation should be filed within three months after publication in the European Patent Bulletin.

Power of attorney in the Czech Republic
Legalization or notarization is not required; the Power of Attorney should be signed and dated. The original PoA should be provided within 1-2 months from the filing of the Czech patent application. However, a scanned copy is sufficient, if the original is not required by a Czech industrial property office.
Representation by a Czech patent attorney
For foreign applicants, it is necessary to perform European patent validation in the Czech Republic through an agent registered as a Czech patent attorney.
