Geoffrey is Senior Commercial Counsel at Virgin Hyperloop One (VHO) in Los Angeles, California. VHO is developing hyperloop technology (the use of magnetic levitation to propel a vehicle at very high speed in a low air pressure tube). There he handles procurement agreements; joint IP development agreements; and strategic alliance agreements.
Geoffrey has over 10 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial/technology law contracts. He has worked in-house at Dell, AT&T, and with Axiom @ Google.
Before that, Geoffrey was a corporate attorney with Clifford Chance in New York City and London.
He received his B.Sc. from the London School of Economics and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
