Omar Jabri is a Senior Director in the Intellectual Property department at Apotex, a Canadian pharmaceutical company which distributes drugs in over 115 countries around the globe. Mr. Jabri advises Apotex on all day-to-day matters relating to generic drug approval, including pre-submission diligence, including patent analysis, and oversight of external counsel involved in litigations over Apotex’s drug products. He is also Lead Attorney for Apobiologix, Apotex’s biosimilars division.
Mr. Jabri graduated from the University of Toronto with a Hon. B.Sc. (2000), and received law degrees from the University of Ottawa (2004) and Harvard Law School (2006). He is admitted to practice in Ontario and New York State.
