On June 5, 2023, Chad Shear, Betsy Flanagan, and Geoff Biegler became partners in Cooley’s global litigation department’s market-leading intellectual property litigation practice. The team comes from Fish & Richardson and has extensive trial experience. They have successfully represented early- to late-stage companies in complex patent disputes in district and appellate courts as well as the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
