Aimwell Partners Inc. (OTCID:AIMN), headquartered in Miami, Florida, revealed on August 6, 2026, that it has reached an agreement in principle to acquire a portfolio of intellectual property valued at around $10 million. This portfolio acquisition is designed to strengthen the long-term strategic position of AimwellBio, the company’s healthcare intelligence platform.

The proposed transaction remains contingent upon the completion of due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, approval by all involved parties, and legal counsel reviews. Consequently, there is no guarantee that the acquisition will be finalized on the current terms or at all.

John Morgan, Chief Executive Officer of Aimwell Partners Inc., emphasized the significance of this milestone, stating, "Reaching an agreement in principle is an important milestone. We look forward to sharing additional details after the transaction has closed."

To maintain the integrity of the ongoing process, Aimwell Partners has elected not to disclose the specific nature of the intellectual property or further transaction details until the acquisition is completed.
