Benchmark Litigation Honors Joe Mueller as 2025 Intellectual Property Litigator of the Year

Benchmark Litigation has named Joe Mueller as the Intellectual Property Litigator of the Year at its 2025 US Awards, an event that celebrates the nation’s most distinguished litigators and law firms for outstanding achievements over the past year.

Mueller serves as co-chair of WilmerHale’s Trial Practice and is widely recognized as a top national trial lawyer. He has led numerous high-profile and high-stakes trials across the United States, demonstrating deep expertise in intellectual property litigation.
