A novel governance ecosystem named LYQOR™ has been launched by Dr. Natalie Callis and Quintessential Consulting LLC, targeting an often-overlooked aspect of artificial intelligence discourse: the human element in decision-making. LYQOR™ is established to govern, protect, license, and expand intellectual property centered on Human Intelligence Governance™.
The initiative follows extensive research and development of frameworks that analyze how individuals make critical decisions under pressure and uncertainty. Dr. Callis’s interest in this area stems from her more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, executive management, and organizational development.
Throughout her career, Dr. Callis observed that professionals with comparable expertise and resources often responded differently to identical situations. "What caught my attention was not competence," she explained, "it was the way pressure seemed to change how people interpreted reality. Two highly capable individuals could face the same situation and arrive at very different conclusions."
These insights culminated in the creation of Unfiltered Leadership™ Theory, a framework exploring the interplay of internal regulation, perception, identity, and decision-making during stressful and uncertain conditions.
LYQOR™ serves as the intellectual property authority and governance body for the Human Intelligence Governance™ ecosystem. Its responsibilities include licensing, certification, standards development, and safeguarding the portfolio’s frameworks.
Meanwhile, Quintessential Consulting LLC remains the implementation partner, assisting organizations in applying these frameworks through education, consulting, leadership development, facilitation, and strategic advisory services.
Dr. Callis emphasized that LYQOR™ was conceived not as a new consulting brand but as a permanent home for the intellectual property, standards, and governance necessary for the long-term evolution of this work.
Among the key frameworks under LYQOR™ governance are The Ascent to Unfiltered Leadership™, which focuses on leadership development through identity and self-regulation, and The F.O.R.C.E.™ by LYQOR™, a performance model built around Focus, Ownership, Resilience, Character, and Excellence.
The ecosystem also includes SIA™ by LYQOR™ (Strategic Intelligence Architecture™), which examines the human oversight layer surrounding artificial intelligence, automation, and intelligent technologies.
Organizations worldwide are adopting AI tools at an unprecedented pace, influencing hiring, operations, healthcare, education, and customer experience. While much attention has been given to AI’s innovation and capabilities, Dr. Callis highlights an emerging conversation about human responsibility.
"Technology can increase speed and scale," she noted, "but it does not eliminate human responsibility. Every major decision still passes through a person somewhere in the process."
Dr. Callis further explained that decision quality depends on factors often difficult for organizations to measure, such as emotional regulation, self-awareness, behavioral consistency, and judgment under pressure.
LYQOR™ does not seek to replace existing leadership models or governance structures but aims to reinforce the human foundation that underpins them, ensuring that human intelligence remains central as AI technologies evolve.
This launch marks a significant step in formalizing governance and intellectual property around human-centric decision-making frameworks, providing organizations with tools to navigate the complexities introduced by AI integration while maintaining accountability and leadership integrity.
