Dr. NGP Beginners Business Council and AADH Intellectual Property & Tech Ventures Forge Partnership via MoU

Dr. NGP Beginners Business Council (BBC) at Dr. NGP Arts and Science College recently formalized a strategic partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AADH Intellectual Property & Tech Ventures. This collaboration is designed to foster a structured framework for advancing intellectual property (IP) awareness, innovation protection, and commercialization readiness among members of the Dr. NGP BBC ecosystem.

The MoU signing ceremony was attended by key dignitaries including Mathura V. Palaniswami, Director of the Council; Buvaneswaran, CEO of Dr. NGP Research and Educational Trust; and Saravanan, Principal of the college. Representing AADH Intellectual Property & Tech Ventures was Sivakumar Thirumoorthy, Founder, Indian Patent Agent, and Startup IP Facilitator.

The agreement outlines a commitment to promote intellectual property literacy and deepen understanding of innovation ownership. It seeks to empower early-stage innovators to make informed decisions regarding IP protection strategies.

Further, the MoU supports the translation of innovative ideas into protectable and commercially viable technologies. This initiative aims to bolster the overall startup and innovation ecosystem associated with Dr. NGP BBC.

The event was organized by the Business Council’s incubation team, including Rajathi and Kannan, Incubation Coordinators; Ajay Samuel, Incubation Manager; and Vaishnavi, Incubation Associate.

Through this partnership, Dr. NGP BBC and AADH Intellectual Property & Tech Ventures intend to create a robust environment that nurtures innovation and facilitates the commercialization of intellectual property within the academic and entrepreneurial community of Dr. NGP Arts and Science College.
