Globavend Expands Global Reach with DramaBox Distribution Deal for AI-Produced Micro Drama

Globavend Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GVH), an emerging e-commerce logistics and AI-powered digital entertainment company based in Perth, Australia, announced on July 20, 2026, that its subsidiary Loomi Entertainment Group has secured a global distribution agreement with DramaBox. DramaBox is recognized as one of the world’s foremost dedicated micro drama streaming platforms, with a user base exceeding 90 million registered users across more than 200 countries and regions.

Under the agreement, Loomi’s original AI-produced English-language micro drama, “The Wolf King’s Forbidden Bride,” will be distributed worldwide via DramaBox. The platform has also surpassed 100 million downloads on Google Play and is ranked among the highest-grossing short drama applications globally by consumer spending, according to Sensor Tower data.

This partnership represents a significant milestone in Globavend’s strategy to convert proprietary AI-generated entertainment intellectual property into recurring global revenue streams. By integrating original content creation, ownership of proprietary entertainment IP, and diversified distribution through both its owned platform Loomi: Short Drama and third-party platforms like DramaBox, Globavend aims to broaden the commercial reach and monetization potential of its AI-powered digital entertainment ecosystem.

The announcement follows Globavend’s earlier release of “Buried Innocent,” the company’s first fully AI-produced original micro drama developed using its proprietary Imaginary AI-powered cinematic production platform. This launch marked Globavend’s entry into the rapidly growing global micro drama industry, which independent research firm Omdia projects will generate approximately US$11 billion in annual revenue.

“Buried Innocent” has already demonstrated strong international audience engagement, surpassing one million views on TikTok, underscoring early validation of Globavend’s AI-produced content. The new DramaBox agreement advances the company’s commercialization strategy by expanding global distribution of its original intellectual property through a leading dedicated micro drama platform.

“The Wolf King’s Forbidden Bride” is Loomi’s first English-language original title to premiere on DramaBox. This distribution deal grants Globavend access to DramaBox’s extensive global audience, significantly enhancing the commercial exposure of its AI-produced entertainment IP.

The agreement also expands Globavend’s international distribution network by adding DramaBox as a strategic third-party partner alongside Loomi: Short Drama. These complementary channels support a multi-channel commercialization approach, enabling monetization through direct-to-consumer streaming, third-party platform distribution, licensing, subscriptions, advertising-supported viewing, and future strategic collaborations.

The global vertical entertainment sector continues to experience rapid growth. Omdia’s projections highlight the micro drama industry as one of the fastest-growing segments within digital entertainment. DramaBox’s reported user base of over 90 million registered users exemplifies the scale of the addressable audience for Globavend’s expanding portfolio of original entertainment IP.

Globavend’s integrated digital entertainment model combines proprietary AI-powered production technologies, ownership of original IP, strategic licensing of third-party content, and diversified global distribution. “The Wolf King’s Forbidden Bride” was produced end-to-end using the company’s Imaginary AI cinematic platform, showcasing its comprehensive AI-assisted production capabilities from concept to commercial release.

Kai Man Fung, Chairman of Globavend, commented: “This agreement represents an important step in the commercialization of our AI-powered digital entertainment business. Following the successful launch of our first fully AI-produced micro drama and strong early audience engagement, expanding global distribution through a platform with over 90 million registered users substantially increases the commercial opportunity for our proprietary entertainment IP. It further validates our strategy of building a scalable AI-powered global entertainment business.”

DramaBox’s status as a top dedicated micro drama streaming platform, with operations in over 200 countries and regions and significant consumer spending rankings, underscores the commercial significance of this partnership for Globavend.

The company views this agreement as further validation of its integrated business model and a key milestone in its broader international commercialization strategy. As Globavend continues to expand its portfolio of proprietary AI-produced content, it plans to pursue additional distribution partnerships with leading global streaming platforms while strengthening Loomi: Short Drama as its owned global streaming destination for multilingual premium micro dramas.

By combining direct-to-consumer and third-party streaming partnerships, Globavend aims to create multiple revenue streams through subscriptions, advertising-supported viewing, licensing, content distribution, and strategic collaborations. Management believes this diversified approach will broaden international audience reach, enhance recurring revenue opportunities, and maximize the long-term value of its proprietary entertainment IP.

Recent company milestones include the launch of “Buried Innocent,” the first fully AI-produced original micro drama created via the Imaginary platform, and the achievement of over one million TikTok views, demonstrating early international audience engagement and validating the company’s AI-powered entertainment strategy.
