Godavari Biorefineries Secures European Patent for Sustainable Rubber Biofiller Technology

Godavari Biorefineries Limited has achieved a significant intellectual property milestone with the European Patent Office’s grant of a patent titled “A Biofiller for Rubber Reinforcement.” This patent covers the company’s innovative technology for producing a biodegradable biofiller intended for use in rubber compounds.

The patented biofiller is derived from microcrystalline lignocellulose, a renewable biomass material, which undergoes surface treatment with aldehydes or ketones.
