Integrated Quantum Technologies Launches MASQ™ AI Governance Framework and Advances Patent Protection

Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc., operating as Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. (ICS) and publicly traded under OTCQB: IGCRF and FSE: Y4G, has unveiled MASQ™ (Machine Action Security Quotient), a next-generation AI agent governance and security architecture. The company announced on May 28, 2026, that it has commenced the patent application process for MASQ™, which aims to provide enterprises with robust control over AI agent operations and data protection.

MASQ™ is engineered to help organizations define and enforce policies regarding AI agents’ access to information, authorized actions, and the safeguarding of sensitive internal contexts such as agent memory and reasoning environments. This framework addresses the increasing security and governance challenges posed by the rapid deployment of autonomous AI agents across enterprise systems.

Jeremy J. Samuelson, Executive Vice President of Artificial Intelligence & Innovation at Integrated Quantum, emphasized the growing autonomy and interconnectivity of AI agents. He noted, “Organizations will require governance systems capable of controlling not only what agents can access and execute, but also how sensitive contextual reasoning data is protected during machine-to-machine interaction.” He described the patent initiative as a reflection of the company’s commitment to foundational infrastructure for secure AI deployment in enterprises.

The company has retained intellectual property counsel to support MASQ™’s development and protection. Integrated Quantum views the emergence of agentic AI systems, autonomous orchestration frameworks, AI copilots, and machine-to-machine reasoning environments as creating novel cybersecurity and governance challenges that traditional architectures do not adequately address.

MASQ™ is intended to be a core component of Integrated Quantum’s broader AIQu platform, which focuses on security-first, privacy-preserving, and quantum-resilient AI infrastructure. The company anticipates that expanding enterprise AI adoption and autonomous AI workflows will drive demand for specialized governance and orchestration frameworks tailored to machine reasoning systems.

In parallel with its technology initiatives, Integrated Quantum announced the appointment of Euroswiss Capital Partners Inc. as a strategic marketing and financial advisory partner. Under a 12-month non-exclusive consulting agreement, Euroswiss will assist with investor communications, European business development, and corporate finance opportunities. The company will pay Euroswiss a fixed consulting fee of $100,000. Euroswiss, based in Switzerland, specializes in capital markets advisory, investor outreach, media distribution, and institutional networking. An affiliate of Euroswiss currently holds 200,000 common shares of Integrated Quantum. The agreement was negotiated at arm’s length.

Additionally, Integrated Quantum entered into an investor awareness agreement with Market IQ Media Group Limited (MIQL), an Ireland-based firm, dated May 26, 2026. MIQL will provide full North American financial news distribution services for up to 20 company news releases, including market commentary and industry analysis. The agreement remains effective until all 20 releases are utilized or terminated earlier. The total fee payable is US$30,000, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval. MIQL and Integrated Quantum are unrelated parties operating at arm’s length, with no ownership interest or intent to acquire securities in the company.

Integrated Quantum Technologies focuses on building quantum-ready infrastructure to secure and scale artificial intelligence. Its product portfolio includes the AIQu™ platform, which supports privacy-preserving and resilient AI systems, and VEIL™, the company’s first commercial product designed to protect sensitive AI data and workflows in enterprise environments. The company’s proprietary technologies address emerging post-quantum security risks, growing computational demands, and the complexities of deploying AI at scale. These offerings are complemented by Managed Services and the SecureGuard360™ cybersecurity platform for end-to-end AI security and monitoring.

The company’s VEIL™ technical white paper, titled "Informationally Compressive Anonymization: Non-Degrading Sensitive Input Protection for Privacy-Preserving Supervised Machine Learning," is publicly available at https://arxiv.org/pdf/2603.15842.

Integrated Quantum cautions that its press release contains forward-looking information subject to risks and uncertainties, including the ability to develop and commercialize its technologies, secure intellectual property, obtain financing, and operate under regulatory frameworks. The company disclaims any obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.
