Mangusteen Middle East Celebrates Five Years of Regional Growth and Event Innovation

Mangusteen Middle East recently celebrated its fifth anniversary with a milestone event held at Pullman Doha West Bay. The celebration brought together over 100 guests, including clients, partners, industry leaders, and team members from its offices across Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Established in Qatar as a boutique events venture, Mangusteen has expanded significantly over the past five years. It has transformed into a regional events and experiences company with a growing footprint throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). This growth underscores the company’s dedication to excellence, collaboration, and advancing the regional events ecosystem.

Mangusteen Middle East, supported by its production arm MANGUSTEEN Experience, has executed a variety of complex, world-class conferences, exhibitions, live events, and brand activations. Its diverse client portfolio spans public and private sectors, including prominent government entities such as Qatar’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ministry of Interior, National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA), Qatar Foundation, and Qatari Diar.

The company also serves global and regional brands like Snapchat, Vodafone, Toyota, David Webb, and Qatar National Bank (QNB). This broad client base reflects Mangusteen’s capability to deliver high-impact events tailored to varied sectors and audiences.

Reflecting on the company’s journey, Malik Shishtawi, Founder and CEO of Mangusteen Middle East, stated: “What began as a bold vision five years ago has grown into a regional platform delivering meaningful, high-impact events across the GCC. Our journey has been shaped by passion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to quality. As we move forward, our focus remains on raising standards, expanding our proprietary platforms, and creating experiences that leave a lasting legacy.”

Aziz Louksah, Managing Partner and COO, emphasized the company’s philosophy: “At Mangusteen, we see events as powerful experiences, not just moments in time. Our success is driven by our people, our processes, and an uncompromising attention to detail. Consistently delivering world-class experiences is central to who we are and how we operate.”

Beyond serving as a trusted delivery partner, Mangusteen Middle East is strengthening its role as a creator of original event intellectual property. Its proprietary platforms, including the Qatar Event Show and the MEA Fintech Festival, highlight the company’s growing influence in shaping regional industry conversations and development.

As Mangusteen enters its next chapter, it reaffirms its commitment to innovation and excellence. The company aims to play a leading role in positioning the GCC as a global hub for world-class events and experiences, leveraging its expanding footprint and proprietary platforms to drive the region’s events sector forward.
