The Intellectual Property Law Review is a peer-reviewed, double-blind, open-access journal that publishes scholarly articles, essays, notes, commentaries, and reviews. Manuscripts may be submitted in the form of articles, essays, notes, commentaries, or reviews. The editorial board reserves discretion to consider longer submissions beyond the standard word count, which excludes footnotes.
Each submission should be accompanied by a brief note containing the author’s name, postal address, institutional affiliation, course of study (if applicable), academic year, and contact number.
All submissions will undergo an initial plagiarism check. Any work found to be plagiarized, including self-plagiarism, will be rejected outright. The journal also retains the right to revoke acceptance if plagiarism is detected at any stage of the editorial process.
Authors will receive confirmation of receipt within one week of submission. Manuscripts must be submitted in .doc, .docx, or .odt formats; PDF submissions will not be accepted.
Accepted works will be published on the official websites of the journal, NUALS, and CIPR, ensuring wide dissemination within the academic and professional IP community.
