Park IP and NLPatent Forge Partnership to Integrate AI-Driven Patent Intelligence with Global IP Services

Park IP, a global intellectual property solutions provider, and NLPatent, an AI-driven patent research and intelligence platform, announced a strategic partnership on July 14, 2026. The agreement establishes Park IP as NLPatent’s preferred provider for patent translation and foreign filing services, while NLPatent’s advanced search, monitoring, and visualization tools will be integrated into Park IP’s Legal Studio platform.

This collaboration is designed to deliver a seamless experience across the patent lifecycle, from prior art research and patent intelligence to global portfolio management and foreign patent filings. By combining NLPatent’s proprietary AI technology and patent-domain expertise with Park IP’s multilingual translation and IP workflow capabilities, clients gain access to a coordinated ecosystem that supports innovation on a global scale.

Erin Wynn, General Manager at Park IP, emphasized the importance of this integrated approach: “Innovation is increasingly global, but the processes required to protect it often remain fragmented. Our partnership with NLPatent brings patent intelligence, multilingual expertise, and global IP support together in a more connected experience, helping organizations move more efficiently from patent discovery and analysis to protection and commercialization.”

As companies expand their patent portfolios internationally, collaboration between technical, legal, and language experts becomes essential. This partnership facilitates such collaboration by providing clients with trusted expertise and connected services aimed at reducing complexity and improving operational efficiency.

Stephanie Curcio, CEO of NLPatent, highlighted the critical role of patent research in IP strategy: “Patent research and analysis are critical first steps in building a successful intellectual property strategy. Through our partnership with Park IP, clients can move seamlessly from patent intelligence that understands claims, prior art, technical language, and context to the specialized translation and language services required to protect innovations in global markets.”

Park IP operates under the Welo Global brand and serves Am Law 200 firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments worldwide. Its Legal Studio platform enhances portfolio management through jurisdiction-specific coordination and real-time oversight, combining AI-powered workflows with experienced IP professionals to ensure quality and accountability. The company adheres to ISO-aligned quality and security standards to maintain a disciplined and transparent approach to global IP management.

NLPatent’s platform leverages patent-specific AI to assist law firms, corporate IP teams, and innovators in conducting prior art searches, monitoring competitive activity, and analyzing patent portfolios with increased speed and accuracy. Trusted by leading firms across North America and Europe, NLPatent maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance and aligns with ISO 27001 standards to safeguard data security.

Together, Park IP and NLPatent aim to provide a unified solution that addresses the complexities of protecting intellectual property in an increasingly globalized innovation landscape, enabling clients to navigate patent discovery, analysis, translation, and filing with greater confidence and efficiency.
