Premergy Advances Corporate Rebranding and Strategic Growth in Battery Management Technology

The company is filing to change its corporate name to Premergy to align its public identity with its flagship technology platform and long-term strategic vision. A redesigned corporate website and updated investor presentation are scheduled to launch within the next week on OTC Markets, providing clearer communication of the company’s technology portfolio, commercialization strategy, and growth initiatives.

Management is actively pursuing multiple initiatives aimed at maximizing shareholder value. These include commercialization efforts targeting automotive, artificial intelligence data centers, drone/unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems, and grid energy markets. Although no agreements have been finalized, Premergy views the rapidly expanding drone and autonomous systems markets as significant growth opportunities.

The company is also undertaking initiatives to position itself for a future national exchange listing, contingent upon meeting applicable listing standards.

On the financing front, Premergy recently completed a fully committed Series C Preferred financing round with a limited number of accredited investors. The proceeds will support third-party technology validation, intellectual property development, commercial business development, corporate infrastructure, and general working capital needs.
