The WTR 1000, a definitive resource for trademark legal expertise, highlights Ping Sui as a distinguished partner at Lung Tin IP Attorneys, a firm renowned for its comprehensive trademark services and strategic brand protection. Since joining Lung Tin in 2010, Ms. Sui has developed deep expertise across China’s intellectual property enforcement system, including prosecution, litigation, customs recordal, and unfair competition matters related to trademarks, copyrights, and domain names.

Ms. Sui obtained her legal professional qualification certificate in 2008 and her lawyer practice certificate in 2010. Over the past 15 years, she has successfully handled numerous trademark dispute cases both within China and internationally. Her skillful representation in administrative complaints and complex litigation has earned her recognition as a trusted advocate for safeguarding clients’ interests.

In 2020, Ms. Sui was honored as a Gold Trademark Service Individual by the China Trademark Association (CTA). Two of her cases were selected as Excellent Trademark Cases by the CTA in 2016 and 2018, underscoring her impact on the field.

Among her notable achievements, Ms. Sui represented a Spanish company in a complicated trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute in 2019, securing 3 million CNY in compensation after proceedings at two levels of Chinese courts. The following year, she successfully led a Chinese enterprise through a challenging trademark infringement and unfair competition civil litigation in Australia, achieving a full victory and substantial compensation.

Ms. Sui’s expertise has been recognized repeatedly: she served as an expert reviewer for Beijing companies’ overseas filings under the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) subsidy program in 2019, 2020, and 2023. Additionally, Asia IP named her among the "Top 100 China IP Experts" for four consecutive years from 2021 to 2024.

Her recent work from 2023 to 2025 includes multiple trademark, copyright, and unfair competition disputes, where she has consistently secured favorable outcomes, often prompting plaintiffs to withdraw claims during mediation or after court hearings.
