USPTO and LES-SVC Launch Virtual Series on Manufacturing for Inventors

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has partnered with the Licensing Executives Society–Silicon Valley Chapter (LES-SVC) to present a virtual series titled Successful Inventing: Manufacture. This program is designed to assist innovators in managing the earliest and most critical phases of the invention process.

The series is co-hosted by the USPTO's Western Regional Outreach Office and LES-SVC. Each session features expert speakers who discuss key topics relevant to inventors, including intellectual property protection, prototype development, licensing strategies, funding options, and more.

The next session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time (7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time). This installment will focus specifically on manufacturing, providing participants with valuable insights into bringing inventions from concept to production.

This initiative is strictly educational and informational. The USPTO clarifies that it does not offer legal advice, endorse private entities, or guarantee any particular outcomes. Additionally, references to events or third parties within the series do not imply any endorsement by the USPTO.

Participants experiencing difficulties accessing links related to the series are advised to consult their IT or email administrators to ensure that links from domains such as links-1.govdelivery.com and links-2.govdelivery.com are not blocked by email security software.

To stay informed about USPTO programs and updates, individuals can subscribe to regular email notifications via the USPTO subscription center at www.uspto.gov/subscribe, where they can also manage their email preferences.

The USPTO notes that communications regarding this series are sent from unmonitored mailboxes. For inquiries or further contact, users should visit the USPTO contact page at www.uspto.gov/about/contacts.

This collaborative educational effort underscores the USPTO’s commitment to supporting inventors through accessible resources and expert guidance during the invention lifecycle, particularly in navigating manufacturing challenges.
