USPTO’s SOAR to Host Webinar on Cooperative Patent Classification for Cellular Immunotherapy

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has announced an upcoming educational webinar hosted by its Stakeholder Offerings and Resources (SOAR) program. The session, titled "Cooperative Patent Classification for Cellular Immunotherapy," is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 1 to 2 p.m. Eastern Time.

This Classification Cafe Foundational Knowledge session aims to broaden understanding of the Cooperative Patent Classification (CPC) system specifically in the context of cellular immunotherapy technologies. Attendees will gain insights from experts within the USPTO’s Classification Quality and International Coordination (CQIC) division.

Participation in the webinar is free and open to the public; however, advance registration is mandatory. Upon registering, participants will receive detailed instructions on how to join the online event.
